Conditions of Sale

Using the online booking, you can book directly from our site a pitch or an accommodation. The system is safe and easy to compile. To block the booking of accommodation is necessary to anticipate a deposit of 40% of the total amount for the apartments in residence and mobile homes and a deposit of 20% of the total stay for the pitches by credit card or Visa prepaid cards.
Please fill the form in its entirety and make a note in the "notes" of any specific requests.
If you don't want to anticipate the payment by credit card, we require the online form via mail or fax, in this case the deposit will be required by bank transfer or ordinary postal order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For apartments and mobile homes:
Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival date, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded. Alternatively you can use the same deposit for another stay (according to our availability),no later than 10.28.2017, the closing day of the Village. Cancellations after this time will forfeit any deposit.

For pitches and half-pitches:
Cancellations made within 10 days prior to arrival date, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded. Alternatively you can use the same deposit for another stay (according to our availability),no later than 10.28.2017, the closing day of the Village. Cancellations after this time will forfeit any deposit.

The deposit will be transferred by bank transfer, except fees, BY THE END OF October.
In the case of "no show" or early departure, the total amount of the reservation is charged.
Any cancellations must be received in writing (via email, fax or mail)

FULL PAYMENT
For practical reasons, we ask you to make the balance of the stay within Thursday, before departure. For short stays the balance is required at least one day before departure.
There is no tourist tax.

DEPOSIT
The day of arrival will be required a deposit of € 150.00 IN CASH that will only be refunded upon departure after the authorized person has checked the accommodation. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately in the direction. any breakages will debit the account.
The broken things will be charged to the bank account
Any departures that that are not in the timetable, must be authorized by the Management.
The deposit will be retained and sent by bank transfer within the end of October 2017
At the deposit will be added the banking commission fees.

LINEN CHANGE
For those who stay more than a week, linen change will be made by authorized personnel on Friday morning from 9.00 am to 11.00 am.
The Management assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft.
At the direction of the village you can leave, in custody, objects, not voluminous, and cash and pick them up during office hours, with the receipt.
This service is not extended to the clients that have a safe inside the apartment.
There is a laundry service near the main entrance of the residence.
WI-FI in the dehor of our bar (for a fee).
